Who we are

What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and the contents of your order. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
Your card details are handled entirely by our payment processors, Braintree and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. Your order details are stored on our server and with the payment processor.
When you browse the site we also collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the store: which pages get read, which products get viewed, and whether orders complete. This sets cookies in your browser and shares usage data with Google. We use it to improve the site, not to build advertising profiles.
You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s official browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The store works fine either way.
WooCommerce also sets functional cookies to remember what is in your cart and to keep you logged in. These are required for the store to work and cannot be turned off.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the companies we need to use to run the business: our payment processors, our shipping carriers, and our analytics provider. We do not send marketing email unless you asked us to, and every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you rights of access, correction, erasure, portability and objection.
To exercise any of these, email sales@ringwrapper.com and we will respond within 30 days. We are a small company, and a real person reads that inbox.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address and name to send you product news, discount codes and occasional recommendations based on what you have bought. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
