Made for high-set engagement rings. The Diamond is the same firm, thick silicone as the Original, with one difference that matters. It has a raised pocket that the stone sits up into.
On an ordinary cover a high setting gets pressed down into your finger all day. The Diamond gives the stone somewhere to go, so the ring sits the way it is meant to and the pressure comes off.
