Exchanges & Returns

We understand that ordering a custom fitting product online doesn’t always go as planned, and that’s why we make it easy to swap sizes (or colors) – or completely return your order if it does not work for you. We are all about our customers and want to make your experience with us perfect. 

We can accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased from our online shop within 30 days of when you receive it.

Did you know that your Ring Wrapper is reversible?

Before changing sizes, please try it on inside-out to see if it fits better for you!

To return your product(s) please follow the steps below; this will ensure that we receive your return and can process it without delays.

1. Pack the Ring Wrapper(s) that you would like to return back up – you are welcome to use the same mailer that you received it in, but any package will do.
2. Include your original packing slip with the order number on it, and write a note on the packing slip telling us how we can make it right (send a replacement, or refund your money).  If you would like a replacement Ring Wrapper sent out, then be sure to let us know what size and color you would like.
3. You will be responsible for shipping back to us, but we will take care of the rest.  Please understand that we are a small company and in order to keep our products as affordable as possible, we ask you to cover the return shipping.

Note: For a faster turnaround time on an exchange, you can place a new order on our website, and simply send the one you’ve got in for a refund!
