Within USA
We ship all of our orders with USPS with full tracking information. Most orders will arrive within 5-8 business days, but in certain circumstances it may be longer.
If you need to ensure delivery, please choose USPS Express Mail at checkout, which delivers anywhere in the Contiguous US in 1-3 days. We usually ship your order within 48 hours of order receipt (except Weekends).
Also, please note that although we do our best to ship promptly, there may be unforeseen delays in our getting the orders to USPS and delays in the USPS system, and no refunds are given for a late delivery.
Outside of USA
Update November, 2023
USPS Recently updated their policies, and we are unable to ship our parcels regular First Class Mail – which allows documents only. Because of this, international shipping costs have increased significantly because our cheapest shipping option is now First Class Package International Service. This service does provide better delivery time and tracking, but does come at an increased cost. We are sorry for this increase and are working on a solution to get international shipping costs back to where you expect.
All of our international orders begin shipment with the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a tracking number that works on the USPS website, and may work with your local post office, although this is on a country-by-country basis. First Class Package International Service shipping will take 15-20 days on average, but may take longer depending on customs clearance and any local delays (the quoted delivery time is 45-60 days).
In most English-speaking countries (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada) the tracking number will work with your local post office once it leaves the US; and in other countries you can try but they do not guarantee a scan. Please have patience if your order does not arrive within 20 days, and contact us if it goes past 30 days.
Priority Mail International shipping gives a 7-10 day service window and has a much higher chance of being tracked by your local post office.
Priority Mail Express International shipping gives a 3-7 day service window.
For time critical international orders, we can ship DHL, but please contact us for a rate quote.
